What is excluded from Mississippi e-file?
The only Mississippi tax documents that are acceptable for electronic filing are the MS 80-105, MS 80-205, MS 80-108, and the MS 71-661.
The following forms/line items will not be acceptable for the electronic filing program:

MS 80-170 - Amended Individual Income Tax Return

Any return not for the current tax year
-
Non-calendar year filers
-
Corrected returns
-
A form W-2 with the state Employer ID Number missing

Any return with a foreign address
