How can I get copies of my previous year taxes?
We have now implemented a single OLT account where you will be able to link all returns back to 2016. Therefore you will need to click on the start now button at www.OLT.com and fill out the information to create your OLT ONE account (if you do not have a current account). You will be asked if you have prior year returns with OLT, select YES. If you know the username/password for the old account, enter the information, if not, select NO to enter your SSN, DOB, etc so the return will link based on the personal information. You can link 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, and 2016 returns to this account.
(Click on "sign in" at www.OLT.com if you created your OLT ONE account previously, click on sign in. (A new account is no longer needed each year)
