Montana Qualified Endowment Credit
Individuals.
You are entitled to a credit against your tax liability equal to 40% of the present value of the charitable gift portion of a planned gift. Only the contributions you make in the form of a planned gift qualify for the credit. The maximum credit you may claim against your individual income tax liability for all contributions you make or are passed through to you from a pass-through entity is $10,000, whether you are single or married.
