How do I cancel a request for a refund transfer?

You cannot cancel a Refund Transfer (RT) request after a tax return is electronically filed and accepted by the IRS. The payment will be electronically sent though SBBT on your behalf as originally requested without exception.

If your return is not already filed and accepted you may choose to pay for our services by credit card or through PayPal (be sure you are returned to OLT after you make the payment) and continue through to submit your return.
