  • Merchant Marine (Maritime Administration)

  • Money Market Certificates

  • Mortgage Participation Certificates

  • Savings and Loan Associations, federal or state

  • Small Business Administration

Obligations of International Institutions:

  • Asian Development Bank

  • Inter-American Development Bank

  • International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (World Bank)

Other Obligations:
