I have not received my W-2 yet, how could I go about getting this information?

Wage and tax statements for a calendar year must be furnished to employees not later than January 31, following the close of the calendar year. You should attempt to contact your personnel/payroll office to request a copy. If you are not able to obtain a copy from your employer after such date, please contact the IRS at 800-829-1040
