I need to upgrade to the latest LiveHelpNow windows App.
To upgrade to the lastest version of LiveHelpNow windows app please follow these easy steps:
- Uninstall currently installed LiveHelpNow app by removing it from Programs & Features.
Click Start button on your computer and type "Programs" to launch Add or Remove programs dialog
- Find "LiveHelpNow" in the list and select to uninstall it. If you have more than one listed, please uninstall them all.
- Install new version by downloading it form this url.
