Resolution:
- Make sure you have necessary permissions to install software on your PC.
- Try re-installing .NET Framework 4.0 on your PC: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17851
- Ensure that the folder where the Microsoft .NET Framework writes temporary application service provider (ASP) files has the proper permissions for the Windows® Service Account responsible for the LiveHelpNow Alerter.
