How to customize the look of the published Knowledge Base
I would like to skin our Knowledge Base system so it looks just like our main website, is this possible, and if so how do I do that?
LiveHelpNow powered support portal may be completely customized to matchyour brand.
To complete the customization please follow these steps:
- Publish CNAME record in your DNS to make sure your support portal is accessed by your customers under your domain instead of the one assigned to your account by LiveHelpNow.
- Edit CSS in Admin Panel->Support portal -> Look & Feel to change colors, location of elements, etc. (a webmaster help is required here). You can also email our developers for help at help@livehelpnow.com
- Use Custom JavaScript field in Admin Panel->Support portal ->general settings (third party widget section) to enter Google Analytics or any other tracking scripts needed.
