Refund for Returned Merchandise

You are free to return your product back to Katapult at any point during the term of the lease. The lease does need to be in a current status or any past due amount must be cleared up before the return request can be submitted. If the merchandise is returned to Katapult, you will not be refunded any payments made during the lease term. If you make arrangements to return the product back to the original merchant, you will be refunded all payments with the exception of the initial $45 payment. Not all merchants will accept a return of the product. Please contact the merchant directly to get clarity in realationship  to their individualized return options.
