I was trying to update my payment method and the system won't take it. What's wrong?

Here at Katapult, we are restricted from updating certain debit cards as your recurring payment method. Your card needs to be linked to a Nationally recognized financial institution.

We do not accept the following as permanent payment methods or for making the initial $45 payment to initiate the lease, with the exception of Cash App:

Credit Unions

Pre-Paid Cards (ie: Green Dot, Skylight, Rush Card, Paypal Card, Chime)

Reloadable Cards 

Government Issued Cards

Gift Cards
