Booking Confirmation - Won't Print
My Booking Confirmation won't print! What do I do?
If you've received your Booking Confirmation, you've probably seen the first line that says "Please print and show upon check-in". But, if you are reading this, you must be having problems getting your Booking Confirmation to print. Depending upon the domain you are using (Hotmail, Gmail, etc.), the process for printing may vary slightly. Try one of the following methods:
1) Look for the "Print" icon, or find the Print option in your menu. (This should open your Booking Confirmation in another window.) From here, either press PRINT or <CTRL+SHIFT+P>. If your system works using the PRINT option, then you shouldn't need to go any further. If not, use the <CTRL+SHIFT+P> (Print Using System Dialogue, select your printer, and press PRINT.
2) On your Booking Confirmation, you should see an option under CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS that says "Click here to view your live booking, cancel or modify". Click on that link to be taken to your My Booking page. Click on Print My Booking Confirmation. From here, either press PRINT or <CTRL+SHIFT+P>. If your system works using the PRINT option, then you shouldn't need to go any further. If not, use the <CTRL+SHIFT+P> (Print Using System Dialogue, select your printer, and press PRINT.
Still can't get it to print? Unfortunately, TravelStay does not have the means to troubleshoot every situation that may arise with printer interfaces and your computer. You may wish to try your local library or internet cafe to see if you can print it. If you still are unable to get a paper copy of your booking, be sure you have your Booking Reference Number when you check-in (and if you can show your Booking Confirmation via your smartphone, it never hurts).
3) One final option for consideration is copying and pasting the information into a Word document. Though your printer may not properly recognise the request from your email provider, it rarely has difficulties printing from a Word Document.
