LiveHelpNow omnichannel conversation software consists of the following services: A top rated Live Chat System, Chatbots and a live agent assistant powered by AI (Hue), Ticket/Email Management, Knowledge Base, and Call Management.

Live Chat, Ticket/Email Management and Knowledge Base are each offered at $21 per agent monthly. The Call Management system is offered at $9 per agent monthly.

Costs are calculated this way: Cost of licenses x Number of agent licenses = Total Cost + eligible discounts & additional features (see below)

Discounts:

3 or more different systems as a bundle: 30% recurring discount

Annual subscriptions paid in advance: 10% discount. Yearly payments are NOT refundable even if subscription is cancelled in the middle of a billing cycle.

Additional features:

Chatbots are offered at a $95 flat monthly fee that includes free implementation support and maintenance of the chatbot. LiveHelpNow's AI Chatbot and a live agent assistant Hue can be added for an additional cost starting at $300 per month. 

Live Chat includes 2-way SMS Texting with one SMS enabled number eligible per paid agent license. Starting May 1, 2024, SMS service is a flat monthly fee of $25 that includes 2,500 SMS messages. Those messages can be shared across all of your SMS enabled numbers. Registration of +1 long code / local numbers is required. For the first number registered, your account will be charged a one-time 10DLC registration fee of $50. There are no registration fees for additional local numbers or toll-free numbers.

LiveHelpNow Enterprise offers the following additional features

1. 2 year storage of chat and ticket history
2. Unlimited multibrand support
3. Unlimited visitor and ticket triggers
4. IP Restrictions: Ability to limit access to your account to specific IP addresses
5. Data purge required for HIPAA compliance
6. Product Training (Private Training Webinars)
7. Build custom features and integrations with guaranteed timely delivery
8. Password expiration, terms set by you.
9. Up to 1000 SMS Messages allowed per month per operator license.

Enterprise package is offered at an additional $15/agent/month
