TAP Application Status
What is my TAP Application Status?
A TAP application generally takes about 3-5 weeks to process, but can take as much as 6-8 weeks if the applicant was required to submit additional documents or make corrections.
Students can log into their HESC account here and click "My NYS Financial Aid" to view their TAP application status.
Applicants can also call HESC by phone at 1-888-697-4372 for an update.
For any issues concerning your submitted TAP Application, you can contact the TAP advisors in the Bursar's office at tap@bmcc.cuny.edu
